Job Title: ABA TherapistLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAESalary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 per monthBenefits: Visa, medical insurance, annual leave, and other UAE labor law benefits provided.Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to provide one-on-one support and therapy to children with developmental and behavioral needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and supporting the child's overall development and daily care requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions as per treatment plans.Work closely with children to develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of supervisors and specialists.Monitor, record, and report the child's progress accurately.Assist in managing the child's daily routines and ensure their overall well-being.Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve therapy goals.Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times.RequirementsABAT (Applied Behavior Analysis Technician) Certification is mandatory.Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or a related field.Previous experience working with children with special needs is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Patient, caring, and passionate about supporting child development.Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports.Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred.PackageSalary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000Employment Visa ProvidedMedical Insurance ProvidedAnnual Leave and Other Benefits as per UAE Labour LawIf you meet the above requirements and are passionate about making a positive impact in a child's life, we encourage you to apply.
