Its portfolio further extends to consumables, supplies, and research and development, creating a comprehensive ecosystem that supports high-quality patient care and innovation.Role Description The Aesthetic Dermatologist will provide advanced medical and cosmetic dermatology services to patients in an on-site setting located in New Cairo. This full-time role includes performing clinical assessments, diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, and designing individualized aesthetic treatment plans. Responsibilities include performing non-surgical cosmetic procedures (such as injectables, peels, and laser treatments), managing acne and other common dermatologic conditions, and ensuring safe, evidence-based care. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals, educating patients on skin health and treatment options, maintaining accurate medical records, and adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory standards. The Aesthetic Dermatologist is also expected to stay current with new techniques, products, and technologies relevant to aesthetic and medical dermatology.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine with completed medical degree and recognized dermatology training or residency.Proficiency in Dermatology and Cosmetic Dermatology, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a broad range of skin conditions.Clinical experience in managing Acne and other common dermatologic concerns using both medical and procedural approaches.Applied expertise in Cosmetology and aesthetic procedures, including injectables, laser therapies, skin rejuvenation, and other minimally invasive treatments.Valid medical license to practice dermatology in Egypt (or eligibility to obtain), with board certification or equivalent credentials preferred.Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and ethical practice in both medical and cosmetic treatments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain procedures and treatment plans clearly and sensitively.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment and adapt to a growing, innovation-focused organization.Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic digital tools; willingness to adopt new technologies and clinical protocols.Prior experience in aesthetic clinics, medical hubs, or specialized dermatology centers is an advantage.
