AI Engineer PositionThe ideal candidate must have strong expertise in AI engineering, LLMs, AI agents building & coding, scalable enterprise AI architecture, orchestration frameworks and integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI-powered enterprise solutionsBuild intelligent AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern AI frameworksDevelop enterprise copilots, assistants, machine learning models and workflow automation agentsBuild and maintain scalable LLM-based applicationsCreate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise dataImplement prompt engineering and AI orchestration workflowsFine-tune and optimize AI solutions for performance, reliability, and scalabilityBuild orchestration layers between multiple AI agents and enterprise systemsIntegrate AI agents with APIs, databases, cloud services, and business applicationsDesign agent-to-agent communication and workflow automationManage memory, context handling, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval capabilitiesEnsure AI systems comply with enterprise security and governance standardsImplement AI monitoring, logging, observability, and performance optimizationIdeal Candidate Profile:5+ years of experience in AI engineering, backend development and machine learning.Strong programming skills in Python and experience with API development,Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)Having experience in Microsoft AI solutions (Azure Foundry, Co-Pilot, Fabric etc)Having experience in Microsoft Power Platforms(Power Automate, Power APPs, Power BI, etc)Hands-on experience to be able code, build, deploy, and maintain AI systems independentlyExperience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platformsExperience designing scalable enterprise AI architecturesStrong understanding of modern AI ecosystems and emerging technologiesCan transform business requirements into production-grade scalable AI solutionsCan orchestrate multiple AI agents and enterprise workflowsFamiliarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworksMicrosoft Azure AI certifications are required
