AI Engineer (Content Intelligence & News Automation)

We specialize in delivering high-quality, industry-focused content and experiences across technology, fashion, energy and sustainability.We are building a next-generation AI-powered media and intelligence platform, combining events, content, and data-driven insights for professional audiences.ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring an AI Engineer to design and scale the core content intelligence and automation infrastructure behind our AI-generated weekly newsletters.This role focuses on building systems that transform large volumes of raw industry data into structured, high-quality, editorial-ready intelligence across multiple industries.You will own the architecture behind our AI-driven news ingestion, processing, ranking, and summarization pipeline.This is a high-impact engineering role at the intersection of AI, data pipelines, and digital media systems.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and build scalable AI pipelines for news ingestion and processing across multiple industries Develop systems to collect data from RSS feeds, APIs, websites, and structured/unstructured sources Build AI workflows for: Content summarization Topic classification Clustering similar stories Deduplication of news Implement ranking systems to prioritize the most relevant and impactful stories Improve AI-generated content quality through prompt engineering and structured workflows Build “news-to-newsletter” automation systems Integrate AI outputs into editorial workflows and newsletter platforms Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of AI-generated content Optimize system performance for scale across multiple newsletters and industries Collaborate with editorial and content teams to improve output qualityREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE  -Strong experience with AI/ML systems or backend engineering -Experience working with LLMs and APIs such as: OpenAI / GPT-based systems Anthropic Claude APIs -Experience building data pipelines or automation systems -Strong programming skills (Python preferred) -Experience with: Web scraping or data extraction APIs and integrations Workflow automation systems -Understanding of LLM concepts such as: Prompt engineering Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Structured output generation  -Experience working with content systems, search, or recommendation engines is a plus (Immediate hiring & onsite in Dubai)
