AI Solutions & Automation Specialist - Emirati Applicants

Role PurposeWe are seeking a highly capable AI Solutions & Automation Specialist to join our organization and lead the development of AI-powered tools, intelligent automations, dashboards, and productivity solutions.This is a hands-on role for an individual who enjoys building practical AI solutions rather than focusing on research or strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and business teams to identify opportunities, develop AI applications, automate workflows, and create solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making.A key requirement for this role is expert-level (guru) experience with Claude AI and the ability to leverage Generative AI technologies to solve real business challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement AI-powered tools and business solutions.Build AI agents, assistants, and workflow automations using Claude and other Generative AI platforms.Develop executive and operational dashboards that provide actionable business insights.Automate reporting, research, content generation, and business processes.Create proof of concepts and rapidly develop prototypes for new AI use cases.Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and business applications.Support AI adoption and identify opportunities to improve productivity across departments.Monitor emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.5–8 years of professional experience in AI, Automation, Analytics, Digital Solutions, Product Development, or related disciplines.Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions in a business environment.Expert-level hands-on experience with Claude AI.Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), MCP, and workflow automation.Experience with Generative AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar technologies.Experience developing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI platforms.Experience integrating APIs, data sources, and business systems.Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.Ability to independently convert business requirements into working AI solutionsQualificationsExperience supporting executive leadership teams.Experience building knowledge management, research, or productivity solutions.Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power Platform, or automation tools.Experience in government, media, consulting, technology, or large enterprise environments.
