AI Workflow Engineer

Build, optimize, and evolve our AI workflows and capabilities to deliver faster, better results.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:- Build and maintain AI skills/capabilities for creative tasks- Optimize and refine Claude prompts for high-quality outputs- Develop agentic workflows and automation using Claude and other AI tools- Harness new AI models and Claude features as they become available- Evaluate and integrate new AI platforms and capabilities- Test, measure, and improve performance across all workflows- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for speed and reliability- Document best practices and create internal runbooks- Stay current on AI developments and recommend innovationsSKILLS REQUIRED:- Claude expert—deep expertise with Claude API, models, and capabilities- Strong understanding of how to work with large language models- Experience building with APIs or scripting (Python/Node.js)- Ability to develop, test, and iterate on AI solutions- Systems thinking and process optimization mindset- Attention to detail on quality- Problem-solving and experimentation skillsNICE-TO-HAVE:- Background in DevOps, automation, or workflow optimization- Experience with agentic AI or multi-step workflows- Experience building internal tools- Familiarity with multiple AI platforms and tools
