The Role:Engineer #5 at a seed-stage, AI-native startup building agentic systems for the world's largest real estate institutions into Global trillion-dollar names already live and paying. (Not pilots)The role holder needs to own the entire customer-facing product layer: the agentic workflows, the geospatial-heavy interfaces, the full TypeScript stack, end-to-end from backend logic to UI.A TypeScript-first expert with real opinions, who's shipped agentic AI to actual users (LangGraph/LangChain or equivalent), and who genuinely cares how a product looks and feels and not just whether it works.Map-heavy performance and product taste matter as much as the AI$180K–$300K + an impressive 0.3–0.8% equity founding-level ownership which I don’t think you can get at Series B and beyondA direct line to an engineering leader who scaled a major tech company through IPO.Real production systems and elite customers from day one.Visa sponsorship and relocation support if you need.Fully on-site, 5 days a week, in New York or London.
