Automation & AI Engineer (Project Basis)

This is a project-based engagement covering the full cycle; from understanding our business and defining what's worth automating, to making the right technology decisions, to actually building and shipping. Assessment and execution in one person.What you'll doUnderstand our operations, data, and processes from the ground upDefine and prioritize automation use cases by business impact and ROIHelp us make the right decisions on tools, LLMs, models, and infrastructureBuild and ship automations that work reliably in productionWork alongside our internal team to make sure what gets deployed sticksWhat you'll work onProcurement cycles, finance, invoicing, document processing, operational workflows. Straightforward business, real volume, needs to work.QualificationsHands-on n8n experience with live workflows in productionExperience integrating LLM or AI APIs into real operational workflowsBackground in distribution, supply chain, or similar ops-heavy environmentsStrong understanding of REST APIs and how to connect systems without middleware bloatAbility to assess a business quickly and translate it into a practical build planPython or JS for custom logic when neededERP integration experience is a plusYou're the right fit ifYou've done this in distribution, supply chain, or similar operational businessesYou're hands-on: you assess and you build, not one or the otherYou know when to keep it simple and when AI actually adds valueYou have solid n8n experience and have integrated AI into real workflowsLocation: Cairo preferredEngagement: Project basis
