Backend DeveloperAbout the Role We are looking for a Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems. You will play a key role in developing APIs, handling data processing, and ensuring system performance and stability.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services and APIsBuild scalable, high-performance systems and ensure reliabilityCollaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholdersOptimize database queries and improve system efficiencyWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeImplement security and data protection best practicesTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systemsRequirements5+ years of backend development experienceProficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go)Experience with RESTful API design and developmentFamiliarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)Understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimizationExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailNice to HaveExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with microservices architectureKnowledge of CI/CD pipelinesExposure to DevOps or SRE practicesExperience working with AI/ML systems or data pipelines
