Job DescriptionC# .NET / REACT DeveloperLocation - LondonOn-Prem 3 Days per WeekTalan is seeking a skilled C# .NET Developer with REACT experience to join our delivery teams working on Front Office platforms within Global Markets environments.In this role, you will design, build, and enhance regulatory, alerting, and sales enablement solutions, supporting front-office users in fast-paced trading environments. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, delivering high-performance applications that directly impact sales and trading activities.You will contribute to the development of front-office sales and trading tools within a Global Markets ecosystem, supporting a range of business-critical applications.Operating in a distributed agile environment, you will collaborate with:Front office stakeholders (sales & trading)Application support and production teamsQA and testing teamsDistributed delivery teams across Europe and globallyThis role offers exposure to complex, real-time systems within capital markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain front-office applications, components and utilitiesContribute across the full software development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support)Build and deliver high-performance, scalable applicationsDevelop RESTful APIs and modern UI applications using ReactEngage directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver value-driven solutionsCollaborate with production support teams to ensure smooth releases and system stabilityProvide third-line support and assist with troubleshooting production incidentsContribute to code reviews and continuous improvement initiativesSkills & Experience (Required)Strong development experience in C# / .NET & REACT (server-side and/or full-stack)Experience building web-based applications and RESTful APIsSolid experience with relational databases and SQLExperience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly ReactStrong understanding of application performance and optimisationExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience working in agile, collaborative environmentsExperience within investment banking or capital markets environmentsKnowledge of front office systems (FX, Rates, Credit, or derivatives)Experience with multi-threaded or distributed systemsFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, TeamCity) and deployment tools (e.g. Ansible)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdditional Information#TalanUK
