This is an exceptional opportunity to practice at a well-resourced, internationally recognized center where you will work alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team to deliver transformative care to young patients and their families across the United Arab Emirates.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for children and adolescents (ages 4–17) presenting with a wide range of mental health conditions.Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans including psychopharmacology, psychotherapy modalities, and family-centered interventions.Manage ongoing patient caseloads with regular follow-up consultations and medication management as needed.Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, neurologists, and pediatricians within the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, coordinated care.Provide diagnostic and consultative services for neurodevelopmental conditions including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and learning difficulties.Offer crisis assessment and acute mental health support for pediatric patients when required.Participate in psychoeducation and support sessions with families and caregivers.Contribute to ACPN's academic and CME activities, including conferences, masterclasses, and institutional research initiatives.Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with DOH/DHA regulatory standards and JCI accreditation requirements.Uphold ACPN's patient-first ethos and the highest standards of clinical ethics and confidentiality.Qualifications & RequirementsEssentialMD or equivalent medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry.Completed fellowship or subspecialty training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.Board certification (ABPN) or equivalent European/UK Board certification highly preferred.Minimum 3 years of post-fellowship clinical experience in child and adolescent psychiatry.Eligible for licensure with the Department of Health (DOH) or Dubai Health Authority (DHA).Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.PreferredExperience with neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD, ASD, intellectual disabilities).Familiarity with eating disorder assessment and management in young populations.Prior experience working in a multicultural or expatriate patient environment.Interest or experience in academic psychiatry, research, or CME contributions.What We OfferCompetitive tax-free remuneration package commensurate with experience.Relocation support.Comprehensive medical insurance for you and your family.Visa sponsorship and license processing support.A collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment with peer support and supervision.Access to ACPN's flagship CME.Opportunity to contribute to meaningful and growing children's mental health services in the region.A stable, long-established institution with a strong reputation and loyal patient base.
