The Pharmacist team at Walrus Health is expanding!
Successful candidates will be technically and clinically skilled and must have a true love for helping people solve healthcare problems. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing health technology firm that is helping individuals to actively manage their medications. The Walrus clinical pharmacist provides a range of clinical services to our members based on data-driven, member and pharmacist clinical insights. The pharmacist’s impact helps to reduce healthcare costs, manage disease states, and improve outcomes.
The Walrus clinical pharmacist role differs from other clinical pharmacist responsibilities in part due to the ongoing nature of the relationship with the member and the use of a digital channel. In addition, the Walrus pharmacist oversees our product to ensure alignment with established clinical guidelines while taking into account individual needs as well as a plan’s formulary and benefit design.
Responsibilities

Assist members to download and use the Walrus app.

Work collaboratively with other Walrus team members on aligned projects.
Assist in the development of internal clinical and member-facing products.
Participate in client and prospect calls as needed.
Provide clinical coverage outside of normal work hours as needed.
