The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, planning and implementing therapy programs, providing guidance on therapeutic exercises, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure personalized care. The professional will monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly while working closely with families and caregivers to ensure effective support. Qualifications Strong skills in patient assessment, therapy planning, and implementing customized treatment plansProficiency in working with individuals of different age groups, with empathetic communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and occupational therapy techniquesAbility to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with families and caregiversBachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field; licensure in occupational therapy is requiredPrevious experience in an occupational therapy setting is a plusCommitment to professional ethics and ongoing learning within the fieldCultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in diverse settings
