About The RoleWe are looking for a Customer Project Technical Engineer to join our Electrical Distribution Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer project orders from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with customer requirements and technical specifications.ResponsibilitiesStudy and analyze customer specifications and project requirementsReview and validate technical offersLead the design process through coordination with factories, project managers, and customer representativesVerify and validate all factory submittals Experience with one or more electrical distribution packages, such as HV switchgears, MV switchgears, LV switchgears, UPS, transformers, variable speed drives, soft starters.... etcStrong understanding of electrical distribution systems and engineering documentationGood knowledge of MV/LV switchgear design principles, control circuits, protection schemes, and interlocking philosophiesAbility to review and validate protection relay settings, metering requirements, CT/VT selection, and auxiliary power supply arrangementsFamiliarity with international electrical standards and practices, such as IEC standards for switchgear, transformers, protection, testing, and documentationHands-on experience preparing or reviewing technical submittals, compliance statements, bill of materials, wiring diagrams, and test proceduresUnderstanding of project engineering workflows, including design review cycles, technical clarification handling, manufacturing coordination, FAT support, and site technical supportPrepare, review, and validate project technical documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements, applicable standards, and project specifications, including: Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) General Arrangement (GA) drawings Cable entry drawings Civil instruction drawings and requirements Nameplate details and marking requirements Schematic diagrams Logic diagrams Interconnection and terminal block diagrams Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedures Commissioning spare parts lists Painting specifications and instructions Packing specifications and instructionsPerform required calculations and documentation to ensure design complianceAttend and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)Participate in technical meetings throughout the project lifecycleProvide technical support to site operation teamsEnsure project deliverables meet customer requirements and company standardsRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Power Engineering3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical distribution, project engineering, or a related fieldStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsTeam player with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environmentStrong learning agility and adaptabilityFluent in English, both written and spokenBenefits Annual bonus Health insurance and wellness programs Professional development and training opportunities
