This role will focus on driving data-driven decision-making through advanced reporting, dashboarding, and analytics, ensuring service performance aligns with SLAs and operational objectives.Working within the Product Operations team, you will collaborate closely with Service Managers, Process Owners, and ITSM teams to deliver actionable insights that improve service efficiency and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analytics & ReportingDesign, develop, and maintain performance dashboards using Power BI and JiraCreate clear, actionable service performance reports for stakeholders and senior leadershipTranslate complex operational data into meaningful insightsKPI & Metrics ManagementDefine and maintain service efficiency and effectiveness metricsDevelop and manage a structured hierarchy of KPIs across platformsEnsure alignment of metrics with SLAs and OLAsOperational Performance ManagementOversee cloud platform capacity reporting and utilisation trackingOwn and manage operational review reports, ensuring clarity and consistencyMonitor performance trends and identify improvement opportunitiesStakeholder Management & CommunicationAct as the primary point of contact for performance reporting requestsManage stakeholder expectations and ensure reporting meets business needsPresent reports and insights to stakeholders in a clear and structured mannerGovernance & Continuous ImprovementFormalise reporting structures and ensure consistency across all outputsEnsure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with reporting standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across service operationsQualifications & ExperienceRequiredBachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field3–5 years of experience in data analytics or IT operational reporting within an ITIL/ITSM environmentAdvanced proficiency in Power BI and strong experience with Jira reporting (JQL)Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysisExperience managing service performance metrics aligned to SLAs and OLAsITIL 4 Foundation certificationPreferredMicrosoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst AssociateExperience with cloud platform capacity reporting and operational analyticsExperience leading operational review meetings and stakeholder reportingStrong attention to detail and ability to ensure data integrityWhat working at Core42 offersWith a diverse team of 1,100+ employees from 68 nationalities, we foster an inclusive, innovative and collaborative environment.
