We are looking for a Data Warehouse Engineer (f/m/d) to join our Data Team and help transform our company into a truly data-driven organization. In this role, you will design and build scalable data solutions that empower business teams with reliable, high-quality data and actionable insights.If you enjoy solving complex data challenges, building robust platforms, and working in an international and collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions that support our rapidly growing international businessBuild and evolve our enterprise data warehouse to enable advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organizationDevelop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and near real-time data processingSupport analytical and machine learning workflows by providing reliable and well-structured datasetsIntegrate data from a wide range of sources, including transactional databases, third-party platforms, and external APIs (e.g., Google Analytics, BigQuery, Google Ads, Adjust, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and others)Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standardsMonitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve data platform performance, reliability, and scalabilityEvaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and architectural approaches to enhance our data ecosystemContribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and best practices within the Data Team and the wider organizationRequirements2+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or a related fieldBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative disciplineStrong expertise in SQL and relational database concepts, including data modeling and query optimizationExperience designing and maintaining data warehouse architecturesHands-on experience with columnar databases and performance optimization techniquesExperience working with workflow orchestration and distributed job scheduling tools, preferably Apache AirflowSolid programming skills in Python or Java, with a preference for PythonGood understanding of Linux environments and scripting (Bash)Experience with modern cloud-based data platforms and analytical databases such as ClickHouse, StarRocks, or similar technologiesFamiliarity with data integration, ETL/ELT frameworks, and large-scale data processingStrong communication skills in EnglishWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling complex technical challengesYou have a strong attention to detail and a passion for building reliable, high-quality data solutionsYou take ownership of your work and can operate independently when neededYou are collaborative, curious, and enjoy sharing knowledge with othersYou think beyond immediate requirements and continuously look for opportunities to improve systems, processes, and technologies
