Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami Beach, FL, for a Dental Assistant. The Dental Assistant will support dental professionals during procedures, including setting up and maintaining instruments, sterilizing equipment, and assisting with patient care. Responsibilities will also include managing patient files, taking dental X-rays, providing patient education on oral hygiene, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Qualifications Proficiency in chairside assisting, including handling instruments and ensuring patient comfort during proceduresFamiliarity with sterilization techniques, maintaining a clean and organized dental workspaceKnowledge of dental X-ray operations and safety protocolsEffective communication skills to educate patients on oral hygiene and interact with a variety of individuals professionallyOrganizational skills for managing patient files and treatment recordsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical environmentCurrent certification as a Dental Assistant and X-ray certification as required by local/state regulationsPrevious experience in a dental office or healthcare setting preferred
