In this role, you will be responsible for the design and production of high-quality dental prostheses that directly contribute to our patients' health and confidence. You will work closely with our clinical team, maintain lab equipment and workflow documentation, and play a key part in delivering on our promise of personalised, quality care.What You'll Be DoingDesign and produce dental prostheses to clinical specifications using CAD-CAM Technology.Process stone models and digital models for patient casesConstruct putties and stents as requiredMaintain all technical and lab machinery in good working orderKeep stock reports for dental materials and consumables accurate and up to dateDocument lab workflows clearly and in a timely mannerKeep your work area in exceptional cleanliness and ensure it is properly tidied before close of dayReport maintenance issues to management promptlyHandle billing accounts for LQ Dental clinicians and external clinics where applicableFlag areas for improvement and propose solutions proactively to the teamMaintain clinic records, fill out relevant forms, and file timely reportsWork toward and strive to achieve agreed targets and KPIsMaintain your Professional Registration validity at all times (where applicable)What We're Looking ForYou are a good fit if you:Are a self-starter who manages your own work reliably without needing constant supervisionTake ownership of your time and consistently deliver on your responsibilitiesStay calm and composed even when things get busy or unexpectedTake pride in your professional presentation and uphold hygiene standards at all timesAre dependable: punctual, consistent, and someone the team can count onAre flexible and willing to support cross-training when the team needs itCommunicate well across clinical, lab, and administrative teamsAre a genuine team player who values every person's contribution to patient careApproach your work with honesty, integrity, and a patient-first mindset
