The work environment supports professional development and performance-driven growth.Role Description The District Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Minufiyah, Egypt, responsible for overseeing sales and operations within an assigned territory. This role includes leading and coaching field teams, setting and monitoring sales targets, and ensuring effective execution of marketing and promotional strategies. The District Manager will visit healthcare providers and key accounts regularly to build strong relationships, understand local market dynamics, and support product positioning. Daily tasks include analyzing performance data, preparing reports, forecasting demand, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
