If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***Key aspects of the role include:Achieve revenue, sales, profit & qualitative objectives, and targets.Monitor territory performance and implement action plans to improve results.Analyse sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities.Ensure optimal product availability and visibility across assigned accounts.Supervising, motivating and developing a team of sales professionalsProviding monthly reports for sales, activities, market feedback, and opportunities.To be successful you will need to meet the following:Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.At least 3-5 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team.Primary care/ Consumer Healthcare/ OTC experience is a must Proven record of achieving sales targets in Abu Dhabi regionExperience working with pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.Hiring?
