Full Stack Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain scalable frontend applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js. Build robust server-side APIs using Node.js and TypeScript. Integrate and manage multiple AI/LLM providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock. Implement Streaming APIs (SSE) for real-time AI response streaming with retry and reconnection handling. Design and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries for conversations, agents, users, permissions, and session management. Develop secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, OIDC integration, and session management. Design and implement RESTful APIs consumed by the Next.js BFF (Backend for Frontend). Work on prompt engineering, system prompts, token optimization, context window management, and MCP integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build production-grade AI applications and improve overall platform performance. Ensure scalability, security, observability, and performance optimization across the application stack. Required SkillsMust have minimum 5+ years of experience in full stack application development.Strong experience in TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js. Hands-on expertise in Node.js and backend API development. Experience integrating AI/LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock. Solid understanding of SSE (Server-Sent Events) and real-time streaming architectures. Experience with MongoDB schema design, aggregation pipelines, and query optimization. Strong knowledge of RESTful API design principles and backend architecture. Experience with authentication protocols including JWT, OAuth/OIDC, and secure session management. Good understanding of prompt engineering concepts, token handling, and AI context management. Familiarity with cloud-native development and scalable distributed systems. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
