If you love building across the whole stack and want to be a builder rather than a cog in a machine, this is for you.THE ROLE, SENIOR FULL STACK ENGINEERAs a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own the full product lifecycle, from building intuitive, performant web interfaces in Next.js and React through to designing robust Python back ends that handle real time, data rich workloads.This is a high-ownership, hands-on role in a small team, where you run and deploy your own work and have a direct line to product decisions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBuild intuitive, performant web interfaces using React, Next.js and TypeScriptDesign and maintain sophisticated APIs using Python and FastAPIWork with real time data streaming, including SSE and WebSocketsTranslate complex sports data and logic into clean, efficient codeOwn the front end lifecycle independently, from development to deploymentCollaborate with a small, high-calibre team to iterate quickly on new featuresESSENTIAL EXPERIENCEStrong full stack experience across modern web development (stack is flexible if you are happy working with Python, FastAPI and React)Solid front end skills with React and Next.js, plus Python back end experienceExperience with PostgreSQL, Docker and AWSA good understanding of asynchronous programming and real time dataStrong system design skills, able to solve complex problems from first principlesComfortable with the autonomy and pace of a small team, happy owning your own deploymentsA genuine sports fan who understands the game and the data behind it is idealRight to work in the UK, no sponsorship is available for this roleWHAT'S ON OFFERSalary up to £100,000 depending on experienceThe chance to build real time AI products in the sports industry you loveFull ownership across the stack and real influence over product directionWork at the cutting edge of how AI and LLMs are changing sportA fast-paced, evolving environment where no two weeks are the sameTO APPLYPlease apply via this advert or email Daniel.Jones@searchability.com directly.
