Full Stack Product Engineer

LHH is seeking a Full-Stack Product Engineer to join our client's team in a full-time + hybrid-role, based in San Francisco, CA.This is an individual contributor role. We're looking for someone who can write production-quality code and own significant scope. You'll ship features end-to-end across our React/Vite/shadcn frontend and Python/FastAPI backend. You'll partner with design, product, and the founder on what to build, then own the API design, the migration, the UI, and the deploy. Light touch on prompts and evals for now, with room to grow into deeper LLM-systems.Salary & Benefits:$160k to $240kMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan w/match19 days of PTO + 11 paid holidaysQualifications:Required: ~3-5 years of production experience, ideally at an early-stage startup or product-focused team.Required: One or two features you personally owned end-to-end. We'll want you to walk us through them.Required: ~3-5 years real production work in either React/TypeScript or Python, and the willingness to ramp on the other.Required: 2+ years of experience with active use of AI coding tools. You can show us you're fluent in a live exercise.Required: Comfort with ambiguity and rough-but-shipped over polished-but-late.Required: Bay-area-commutable.
