Job descriptionReact Native Lead DeveloperExperience: 7-8 YearsModel: Full Time, Onsite Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Banking Domain experience is a plus. *****NEED IMMEDIATE JOINERS WHO ARE ALREADY PRESENT IN KSA*****Key Requirements:Strong hands-on experience in React Native mobile application development, from design and development through deployment and maintenance.Proven expertise in mobile application performance optimization, troubleshooting, and investigation.Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong coding standards with experience in writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and following Git best practices.Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.Familiarity with production monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting tools.Ability to take ownership and function in a technical leadership capacity, guiding the team and driving delivery rather than working solely as an individual contributor.
