Together with fellow developers, product colleagues, and our architect, you will work on both new features and enhancements to existing systems.What You Can ExpectCollaboration and ownership: Work in a team where your voice is heard and where you are trusted with responsibility.Quality and continuous improvement: We invest in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and observability.Impact at scale: See the direct impact of your work in real-world healthcare settings.What Will You Do?As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be a key technical sparring partner and help build a platform that must remain reliable, secure, and scalable.Your responsibilities include:Designing and developing backend services and APIs in C#/.NET.Improving the performance, stability, and maintainability of business-critical software.Building and enhancing integrations with external systems and healthcare interfaces.Contributing to architectural decisions and technical standards, including security-by-design principles.Sharing knowledge through code reviews, mentoring, and improving team practices.Supporting smooth release processes (CI/CD) and resolving production issues through root-cause analysis and structural improvements.What We OfferSalary between €5,000 and €6,500 gross per month (based on a 40-hour work week).8% holiday allowance, internet reimbursement, and an attractive pension scheme.Hybrid working: from our modern office in Wageningen and up to 2 days working from home.25 vacation days, with the option to purchase up to 10 additional days.Travel allowance, a work-from-home allowance of €2.35 per day, and a home office budget of €500 every two years.Plenty of opportunities for professional and personal development.A collaborative team with a passion for healthcare and technology, a sense of humor, and a positive atmosphere.The opportunity to work on software used by thousands of healthcare practices and millions of end users.What You BringYou are passionate about both building and improving software.
