Lymphatic Therapist - Home Health

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Lymphatic Therapist - Home Health based in United Arab Emirates. The Lymphatic Therapist will provide expert lymphatic care, including manual lymphatic drainage therapy and decongestive treatments, to patients in home health settings. Responsibilities include creating individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and families about self-care techniques, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care. The therapist will also maintain accurate documentation of consultations and treatment sessions.QualificationsProficiency in manual lymphatic drainage techniques and other related therapeutic care methodsStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and lymphedema managementAbility to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plansStrong communication skills to educate patients and work collaboratively with healthcare teamsAbility to work independently and provide compassionate, patient-centered careCertification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (e.g., Vodder, Casley-Smith, or equivalent) is requiredBachelor's degree or diploma in Physical Therapy or related fieldPrevious experience in home health care or lymphedema therapy is an assetProficiency in additional languages is a pluswith UAE Driving License
