Marketing AI & Analytics LeadLocation: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are partnering with a fast-growing, technology-driven company undergoing a significant AI transformation. The organisation is looking for a Marketing AI & Analytics Lead to sit at the intersection of marketing measurement, business intelligence, and AI enablement.This role has a dual mandate:Own the end-to-end marketing analytics ecosystem, including attribution, tracking, reporting, and performance measurement.Drive AI adoption across the marketing organisation by building tools, agents, automations, and workflows that fundamentally improve how work gets done.You will work closely with Marketing, Product, CRM, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure marketing performance is measurable, reporting is trusted, and AI becomes a core part of day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Analytics & MeasurementOwn marketing performance measurement across multiple business units and customer journeys.Develop and maintain a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for marketing reporting.Track and analyse acquisition, retention, engagement, CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, and campaign performance.Build and maintain executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.Ensure data consistency across CRM systems, attribution platforms, advertising platforms, and internal databases.Automate recurring reporting and insight generation wherever possible.Deliver actionable recommendations that improve marketing efficiency and business outcomes.Attribution & TrackingDesign and manage attribution frameworks across web and mobile channels.Oversee implementation and validation of event tracking, tagging, and measurement architecture.Ensure strong governance around UTMs, event taxonomies, and campaign tracking.Identify and resolve discrepancies across measurement platforms.Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve data quality and tracking infrastructure.AI Transformation & EnablementIdentify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven workflow transformation.Build AI tools, agents, automations, and internal solutions that improve productivity.Help marketers integrate AI into their daily workflows.Develop scalable solutions that can be adopted across multiple teams.Drive adoption of AI across campaign execution, reporting, content production, landing pages, and operational processes.Support the organisation's transition towards increasingly autonomous and agentic workflows.What Success Looks LikeA trusted, centralised marketing reporting framework is established.Marketing attribution accuracy significantly improves.Reporting for leadership becomes highly automated.Marketing teams actively use AI tools in their day-to-day work.Data-driven recommendations contribute to measurable improvements in CAC and marketing efficiency.AI adoption becomes embedded within the marketing operating model.RequirementsEssential Experience4–7+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Performance Marketing Analytics, MIS, or a related AI/automation role.Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, workflows, or automations that drive measurable business impact.Strong experience with BI and reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.Experience working with attribution and measurement platforms, CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working with ambiguity, incomplete datasets, and fast-moving environments.Preferred ExperienceAttribution modelling, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, CAC, LTV, and incrementality testing.API integrations, webhooks, or automated data pipelines.Experience within high-growth technology businesses, fintech, proptech, marketplaces, or digital-first organisations.Understanding of marketing workflows and operational challenges.Ideal CandidateBuilder and operator rather than strategist alone.Comfortable creating working solutions and prototypes quickly.Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect insights to business outcomes.AI-native and experienced in applying AI to real-world business problems.Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
