ChartPosition summaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and leading the overall marketing strategy for the company’s dental and medical devices portfolio. The role oversees brand positioning, scientific and product marketing, campaign planning, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination to ensure business growth, market expansion, and strong brand presence in the healthcare sector.Key duties and responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & PlanningDevelop overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectivesDefine annual marketing plans, budget allocation, and KPIsLead integrated campaigns (digital, offline, scientific)Identify growth opportunities and market expansion strategiesCoordinate with external vendors (design, printing, events)2. Product Marketing & TrainingLead product positioning and brand strategy for all portfolio itemsOversee product launch planning and executionEnsure strong and consistent brand identity across all channelsCollaborate with scientific and sales teams for market messagingMonitor product lifecycle and market performanceCreate sales support materials (presentations, brochures, tools)Organize and deliver product training for internal teams and sales forceEnsure continuous updates on product developments3. Content & CommunicationCreate and manage scientific and marketing content across all channelsEnsure brand consistency and audience relevance (dentists, clinics, distributors)Review and approve marketing materials before publicationProduce educational and promotional content for social media4. Field Activities & EventsAttend and represent the company in scientific events and exhibitionsConduct joint field visits with Sales to clinics and universitiesSupport product demonstrations and customer engagement activities5. Market & Performance AnalysisMonitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and promotionsAnalyze campaign performance and provide improvement recommendationsTrack KPIs including ROI, engagement, and lead qualityPrepare regular performance reports for management6. Cross-Functional CollaborationAlign with Sales on commercial priorities and executionCoordinate with Scientific team for technical accuracySupport management in planning and decision-makingKey Performance Indicators:● Growth in market share and brand awareness● Campaign ROI and lead generation performance● Product launch success and adoption rate● Quality and consistency of brand communication● Team performance and capability development● Engagement in scientific events and field activities● Sales alignment and support effectiveness● Accuracy and impact of marketing insights and reportingJOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry , Pharmacy, Veterinary ,Medicine, Science or related fieldExperience: 2–3 years’ experience AS a marketing manager in medical /dental/medical devices preferredpreferred Skills:Strong scientific understanding of medical/dental devicesAbility to interpret and summarize scientific publicationsGood knowledge of digital content creation and marketing toolsUnderstanding of product positioning in healthcare marketStrong presentation and training skillsAbility to communicate scientific information clearlyStrong coordination with sales and medical teamsDetail-oriented and research-drivenAge: Typically, within the age range of 35-41 years.
