The organization provides healthcare professionals with a collaborative environment, modern facilities, and opportunities for professional growth.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Obstetrics & Gynecology Consultant role based at Andalusia Health Egypt in El Maadi El Gadida. The consultant will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal management, as well as diagnosis and treatment of gynecological conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting outpatient clinics, performing deliveries and cesarean sections, carrying out gynecologic surgeries and procedures, and managing inpatient care. The role involves interpreting diagnostic tests, creating evidence-based treatment plans, and ensuring safe, high-quality care in line with hospital protocols and international guidelines. The consultant will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supervise junior medical staff when required, participate in clinical audits and quality improvement activities, and contribute to patient education and counseling.Qualifications Medical degree (MBBCh or equivalent) and completed residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology from a recognized institution.Relevant board certification, fellowship, or equivalent specialized qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.Proven clinical experience in managing normal and high-risk pregnancies, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.Demonstrated competence in gynecologic surgery, including cesarean sections and common operative gynecology procedures.Strong skills in patient assessment, differential diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planning.Commitment to patient safety, infection control standards, and clinical quality improvement.Effective communication and counseling skills, with the ability to provide clear, compassionate information to patients and families.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and to supervise or mentor junior clinicians when needed.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle a dynamic clinical workload.Proficiency in medical record documentation and use of hospital information systems.Fluency in English for professional communication; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Valid license to practice medicine in Egypt (
