🚀 We’re Hiring: Operations ManagerOmran Pharmacy is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Obour City and New Cairo.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong systems, improving daily operations, and working closely with branch teams to make things run smoother, faster, and more efficiently.As Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations across our pharmacy branches, including inventory control, stock monitoring, ordering and replenishment, staff coordination, delivery performance, supplier follow-up, and process improvement.You will also work closely with pharmacists, branch leaders, and management to improve workflows, reduce errors, support team performance, and maintain consistent service quality across branches.We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment.What we’re looking for:Experience in operations, retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or multi-branch managementStrong knowledge of inventory management and stock controlGood understanding of workflow improvement and performance trackingStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsGood Excel skills and familiarity with ERP or operational systemsExperience with Softech ERP is an advantageAbility to coordinate across branches and manage multiple priorities📍 Location: Obour City🕒 Type: Full-time, on-siteInterested candidates can send their CV to:📧 Hr@Omranpharmacies.com📱 WhatsApp: 01500099936Please mention “Operations Manager Application” in the subject line or WhatsApp message.
