As an Optician, you will assist customers with selecting eyewear that best suits their needs, conduct basic eye exams, and provide exceptional customer service. The role also encompasses ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their questions and concerns, managing eyewear adjustments, and helping create an excellent shopping experience.
