Oral & Implant Surgery Specialist

Role Description The Oral & Implant Surgery Specialist at Dental Kingdom will provide comprehensive surgical care, including dental implant placement, complex tooth extractions, bone grafting, and other oral surgery procedures for a diverse patient population. This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh involves performing detailed clinical assessments, interpreting diagnostic imaging, and developing individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based protocols and clinic standards. The specialist will collaborate closely with general dentists, prosthodontists, hygienists, and other team members to coordinate pre- and post-operative care and ensure a high standard of patient safety. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, obtaining informed consent, educating patients on treatment options and post-surgical instructions, and actively contributing to quality improvement initiatives. The role also includes participation in case discussions, adherence to infection control and regulatory requirements, and supporting a respectful, patient-centered environment.Qualifications Advanced clinical expertise in oral and maxillofacial surgery, including implantology, bone grafting, and management of surgical complications.Proficiency in using dental imaging and diagnostic tools (e.g., CBCT, digital X-rays) and in developing comprehensive surgical treatment plans.Current dental degree (e.g., DDS, DMD, or equivalent) and recognized specialty training in oral and/or implant surgery.Valid professional licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice in Saudi Arabia, in accordance with local regulatory bodies.Strong patient communication and counseling skills, including the ability to explain complex procedures and obtain informed consent in a clear, respectful manner.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary clinical team and to collaborate on complex restorative and surgical cases.Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuing professional development, and adherence to clinical governance and safety standards.Experience in a high-volume clinical setting and familiarity with electronic health record systems are highly beneficial.Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
