Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Product Specialist located in Giza. The Product Specialist will be responsible for engaging clients, promoting products, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key day-to-day tasks include understanding product features, analyzing market and customer needs, managing product inquiries, supporting sales activities, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves contributing to sales strategies and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in product knowledge and expertise relevant to the role of a Product Specialist.Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.Exceptional Communication skills for presenting, negotiating, and liaising with clients and team members.Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.Derma experience is a must Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a dynamic market environment.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Pharmacy or Sciences.
