You'll operate production machinery, ensure quality standards are met, follow operational procedures, and support the smooth running of the production line. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.Experience Required Candidates must have a minimum of 1 years of hands-on assembly experience in one or more of the following sectors:Electronics assemblySmall precision parts assemblyMedical equipment manufacturingAutomotive manufacturingCore ResponsibilitiesMechanical Assembly following a build process.Hand assembly of components with Glue.Assembling pieces, parts and products to finished goods level by using a variety of specialized equipment and tools.Knowledge of basic form filling of process stages on PC.Unpacking and arranging the parts for the production process.Assembly of Plastic, Metal assemblies and as per the work instructions.Carrying out visual quality checks and packing.QualificationsExperience in Quality Control to ensure product standardsStrong Communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members effectivelyAbility to follow safety and operational protocols with attention to detailPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
