As a Backend Software Engineer, you’ll be joining at a key growth point with plenty of greenfield work and the opportunity to shape how the platform evolves.The role As a Backend Software Engineer, you’ll join a small, cross functional squad made up of backend, frontend, AI, product and design, owning a specific area of the platform. Teams rotate regularly, giving Backend Software Engineers exposure across different parts of the product and keeping the work varied.This is an environment where Backend Software Engineers are trusted with real ownership. You’ll be involved in designing solutions, shaping systems, and driving work forward rather than just picking up tickets.There is also a strong focus on engineering quality.
