The R&D Engineer is responsible for the design, coordination, and execution of non-standard, high-priority, or innovative company projects (special projects). The role acts as the central liaison between technical teams, Production, and external partners, ensuring the successful implementation of projects that fall outside standard operating procedures, often under demanding timelines.
Responsibilities
Design & Prototyping: Create CAD designs and develop prototypes for new systems.
Project Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor special projects from concept through delivery.
Technical Analysis: Evaluate technical specifications and develop solutions for non-standard engineering challenges.
Technology Research: Monitor industry developments and integrate emerging technologies into projects.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate with Production and suppliers.
Technical Documentation: Prepare technical reports and document processes, results, and product specifications.
