Through its ecosystem of pop-ups, collaborations, and industry initiatives, ELEVENISH plays an active role in shaping the future of contemporary design in the region.At its core, ELEVENISH is driven by a mission to empower talent, foster creativity, and create meaningful connections between brands and their audience.Role DescriptionThe Retail & E-Commerce Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role oversees end-to-end retail and online operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning of inventory, order fulfillment, and store processes.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Managing daily tasks and operations of sales staff.Supervising inventory management across physical stores and online platforms.Supervising the fulfillment and processing of customer orders to ensure timely execution and quality standards.Coordinating stock replenishment and communications with designers.Managing designer onboarding and designer contracts based on management direction.Coordinating logistics for pop-ups, activations, and events.Managing website product uploads including accurate tagging, categorization, pricing, and product information updates.Supporting the overall operational growth and efficiency of ELEVENISH.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in Retail Operations and Store Management, including stock control, merchandising coordination, and daily store routines.Strong background in Operations Management, with experience optimizing processes across physical retail and e-commerce channels.Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on delivering premium experiences and effectively resolving escalated issues.Experience managing or closely collaborating with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and understanding end-to-end online order flows.Experience with Zoho POS system is a plusEffective leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Retail Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle retail in the GCC region is highly beneficial.
