Senior AI Engineer - Agents (GCC or Remote)

About the Role - (GCC OR Remote) We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer (Agentic AI & Agents) to join a growing Data & AI function, focused on embedding intelligent automation into core operational workflows.This is a highly hands-on, end-to-end role spanning everything from LLM pipelines and agent-based systems to production-grade backend infrastructure. You will take ownership of problems from initial concept through to deployment in a live environment.The domain requires a high bar for precision and reliability. Solutions must be robust, scalable, and production-ready. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to build AI-driven capabilities that materially improve how organizations operate.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver AI-powered features end-to-end, spanning model integration, backend systems, and user-facing componentsBuild and maintain scalable AI infrastructure, including LLM inference pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and structured data extraction systemsDevelop agent-based workflows to automate complex operational processesCollaborate with data teams to ensure AI systems are grounded in high-quality, well-structured dataBuild internal tooling and evaluation frameworks to monitor, measure, and improve model performance in productionStay up to date with emerging techniques (e.g. fine-tuning, tool usage, multi-agent systems) and apply them where they drive meaningful impactRequirementsStrong software engineering fundamentals across backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructureProven experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production environments (e.g. prompt engineering, RAG, structured extraction, agentic workflows)Experience working with complex or sensitive data where correctness and reliability are criticalA pragmatic, execution-focused mindset with a strong bias toward shipping and iterationHigh ownership and accountability, with the ability to operate independently across the full development lifecyclePreferred ExperienceExposure to complex data-driven platforms or workflow automation systemsExperience working in early-stage or high-growth startup environmentsWhy This RoleOpportunity to work on high-impact AI systems in a complex, real-world environmentEnd-to-end ownership across product, engineering, and AI systemsA fast-paced, high-trust environment where strong engineers can have outsized impact
