At SThree, we’re building a next‑generation candidate and contractor digital experience — and we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help bring it to life.You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering a new contractor onboarding and placement management platform, working across Java back‑end services and modern React front‑ends, while championing AI‑first development practices. What you’ll be working onAs part of a small, high‑impact software engineering team, you’ll:Design, develop, test, and support end‑to‑end solutions across Java (11+) back‑end and React (18+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML & CSS front‑end layersShape user experiences by producing wireframes, prototypes, and UI designsBuild and maintain UI‑driven automated tests and follow strong TDD practicesCollaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomesIntegrate with wider enterprise systems (e.g. CRM, ERP, identity platforms)Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code (e.g. Terraform)Support live systems and resolve issues end to endCoach and mentor junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration AI‑first developmentThis role is hands‑on with AI‑enabled engineering. Final offers will be determined using objective criteria such as relevant experience and internal pay equity.
