قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجThe RoleYou will own the technical execution of our transition from prototype to production. Working directly with the founder, you will rebuild the current Python application into an enterprise-grade platform with a modern backend, a polished frontend, secure cloud infrastructure, and the operational maturity required by enterprise buyers. This is a hands-on, end-to-end engineering role. You will not be managing a team. You will be writing the code, making architectural decisions, and shipping the product. What You Will DoRefactor the existing Python codebase into a modular FastAPI (or similar) backend with clean separation of concernsBuild a modern frontend in React + TypeScript to replace the current interfaceArchitect and deploy the platform on AWS or Azure, including authentication (SSO/JWT), secrets management, audit logging, and multi-tenant capabilityOptimise the multi-model AI orchestration layer — handling retries, timeouts, rate limits, cost monitoring, and graceful degradation when a model API failsImplement observability: logging, monitoring, alerting, and regression testing for the AI pipelineHarden the platform for enterprise security review (encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control, data retention policies)Work directly with the founder to translate customer requirements into product decisionsRequired Skills5+ years of production Python. Deep, not surface-level. FastAPI, async, Pydantic, modern packaging.Hands-on LLM orchestration experience. You have shipped a product using OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI APIs in production — not just experimented with them. You understand prompt engineering, multi-model routing, cost optimisation, and failure handling.Modern frontend skills. React + TypeScript, comfortable with state management, modern build tooling, and integrating frontend with backend APIs.Cloud infrastructure depth. AWS or Azure, including IAM, secrets management (Key Vault, Secrets Manager), containerisation (Docker), and basic CI/CD.Enterprise security instinct. You think about secrets management, audit logs, and data handling on day one — not after the security review fails.Version control and engineering hygiene. Git fluency, clean commit history, code review culture, awareness of code quality tools.Bonus Skills (not required, but a strong plus)Computer vision or video processing experience (OpenCV, ffmpeg, frame extraction)Experience with media forensics, content authentication, or trust and safety productsPrior work at an early-stage startup, ideally as a founding or early engineerFamiliarity with MENA enterprise procurement and security review processesSOC 2 or similar compliance framework exposureWho You AreYou are a builder. You ship. You communicate clearly and ask good questions before writing code. You push back when you disagree, and you accept decisions when they are made. You take ownership of the platform's reliability and security as if it were your own product. You are comfortable in a small, fast-moving environment with no playbook. The SetupFull-time, exclusive engagementDubai-based, or able to work on overlapping Gulf hours with regular in-person availabilityReports directly to the founderStart date: immediately
