We work closely with medical practitioners to bridge clinical care, preventive health, and performance nutrition through a modern B2B2C healthcare platform.As we continue expanding across the UAE, we are looking for an experienced, commercially driven, and relationship-focused Senior Medical Sales Representative to lead business development and account growth across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.Role OverviewThe Senior Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with clinics, hospitals, medical centers, wellness facilities, and healthcare practitioners across the region.This is a field-based role focused on driving revenue growth, expanding practitioner partnerships, increasing product adoption, and strengthening Nurition’s presence within the medical and wellness community.The ideal candidate understands the UAE healthcare landscape, has strong medical sales experience, and is confident engaging with doctors, clinic owners, and healthcare decision-makers.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesDevelop and execute territory growth plans across Abu Dhabi and Al AinIdentify and onboard new clinics, medical centers, wellness facilities, and healthcare partnersBuild and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and clinic decision-makersDrive sales growth and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targetsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting and meetings to onboarding and follow-upExpand practitioner adoption of Nurition’s practitioner-focused product portfolioMedical & Product EngagementConduct product presentations, educational meetings, and training sessions for healthcare professionalsCommunicate scientific and clinical product benefits confidently and professionallySupport practitioners with product knowledge and patient education materialsStay updated on industry trends, healthcare developments, and product knowledgeAccount ManagementMaintain strong relationships with existing partner accountsMonitor account performance and identify reorder opportunitiesEnsure high-quality partner support and ongoing engagementGather practitioner feedback and market insights to support business growthMarket Growth & RepresentationRepresent Nurition at medical conferences, healthcare events, and industry meetingsMonitor competitor activity and identify new business opportunitiesCollaborate with leadership and marketing teams on campaigns and strategic initiativesSupport expansion efforts and long-term partnerships across the healthcare sectorRequirements3+ years of experience in medical sales or healthcare business development within the UAEStrong existing network within Abu Dhabi and/or Al Ain healthcare market is highly preferredProven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new businessExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsConfident presenting to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionalsSelf-motivated, proactive, and commercially driven mindsetAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentValid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territoryPassion for health, wellness, preventive medicine, and patient careWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + attractive performance incentivesOpportunity to join a fast-growing healthcare and health-tech companyDirect exposure to leadership and strategic business developmentCareer growth opportunities within sales and partnershipsDynamic, entrepreneurial, and performance-driven work environmentOpportunity to contribute to the future of practitioner-led healthcare and nutrition in the UAE
