Our international customer base includes some of the world’s fastest-growing fintech companies and leading financial institutions.Your Contribution to Our GrowthThis is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on infrastructure architecture, Kubernetes operations, Kafka and distributed event-streaming systems, infrastructure-as-code, deployment reliability, and observability. You’ll help establish engineering best practices, improve platform resilience, and build the automation and tooling that enable our teams to move quickly and safely at scale.You’ll work closely with engineering teams across infrastructure and application domains, contributing both strategically and technically to the systems that power our global trading platform.This is a Full-Time, Permanent position working Hybrid out of our Dubai office.What You’ll DoDesign, build, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure across multi-account cloud environmentsOwn and improve our Kubernetes platform running on Amazon EKSDevelop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code practices using Terraform and TerragruntImprove deployment reliability through CI/CD enhancements, progressive delivery patterns, and automationBuild scalable operational tooling and reduce manual operational overhead across the engineering organizationHelp define platform reliability, observability, and incident management best practicesMonitor and improve platform health, performance, scalability, and resiliencyContribute to the operation and reliability of distributed data and streaming systems including Kafka/Confluent PlatformLead technical investigations, postmortems, and reliability improvement initiativesMentor engineers and help raise technical standards across the organizationPartner cross-functionally to align infrastructure and operational improvements with business prioritiesWe’d Love to See7+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Platform, DevOps, SRE, or Operational Excellence Engineering rolesStrong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and distributed systems architectureDeep hands-on experience managing Kubernetes/EKS environments in productionStrong Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Terraform and TerragruntExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automationStrong understanding of observability and monitoring practices, including metrics, logging, tracing, and alertingExperience with Prometheus, Grafana, and modern observability toolingFamiliarity with Kafka or Confluent Platform in production environmentsStrong understanding of reliability, scalability, and operational best practicesExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership initiativesThese are not strict requirements to thrive in this role.
