Senior QA Engineer (Arabic Speaker)

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is passionate about software quality, experienced in both manual and automated testing, and has a strong background in testing web and mobile applications. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of enterprise-level eCommerce airline solutions by designing, executing, and automating test cases while collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.Implement and execute the QA strategy for eCommerce airline websites and mobile applications.Participate in requirements and specification reviews to ensure software testability.Create and maintain traceability between business requirements and test cases.Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver or similar automation tools.Prepare test environments and test data required for execution.Execute functional, regression, UI, and integration testing.Validate software releases and provide Go/No-Go recommendations.Report, track, and verify defects in collaboration with development teams.Maintain and improve the regression test repository.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with customers.Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.Required QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong experience in Software Quality Assurance.Hands-on experience with:Test PlanningFunctional TestingUI TestingRegression TestingTest AutomationExperience with Selenium WebDriver (mandatory).Knowledge of HTML and XML.Basic SQL knowledge with Microsoft SQL Server.Experience using Source Control Management tools (Git, SVN, Azure DevOps, etc.).Experience testing both web and mobile applications.Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.Preferred SkillsExperience with QTP/UFT is an advantage.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Experience in the airline, travel, or eCommerce domain is a plus.EducationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related Engineering discipline.Language RequirementsFluent in Arabic (Written & Spoken) – MandatoryFluent in English (Written & Spoken)Personal CompetenciesExcellent communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesTeam player with collaborative mindsetOwnership and accountabilityProactive approachStrong attention to detailOnly candidates who are available to join immediately or within 2 weeks will be given preference.
