We're Hiring Research And Development EngineerMust be Electronics and Communication engineer GraduateLocation: [Dokki, Giza, Egypt ] Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Dokki, Giza, for a Research & Development (R&D) Engineer specializing in Telecommunications and Electronics.The R&D Engineer will be responsible for performing technical studies, analyzing tender specifications, and conducting performance tests in accordance with IEC standards.The role involves managing the complete development lifecycle of engineering devices—including Firmware, Software, and Communication systems—to enhance technical specs and meet market demands.Additionally, the candidate will provide high-level technical support, deliver professional presentations to clients, and coordinate with international manufacturers to identify and develop innovative solutions.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field (from a reputable university).1-10 years of experience in Research & Development, preferably in telecommunications or electronics industries.Strong understanding of IEC standards and experience in conducting performance and compliance testing.Experience in analyzing technical specifications and tender documents.Hands-on experience with Firmware, Software, and Communication systems development.Solid knowledge of embedded systems and communication protocols.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to manage the full product development lifecycle.Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to interact with clients professionally.Experience working with international manufacturers or suppliers is a plus.
