Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Specialist based in Alexandria, Egypt. Responsibilities include conducting research to develop new pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, improving existing formulations, and ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards. The role involves designing and executing laboratory experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic product development goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) methodologies and processesStrong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex dataEffective Communication skills for collaboration and reportingHands-on Laboratory Skills and expertise in relevant techniquesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, or a related scientific fieldAttention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilitiesKnowledge of sterile pharmaceutical product manufacturing is an advantageFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards is preferred
