Role Summary: We are looking for a talented R&D Specialist / Senior Specialist to support formulation development and optimization of pharmaceutical products at lab/pilot scale, and to contribute to successful scale-up and technology transfer to production.Requirements:Education: B.Sc. in Pharmacy.Experience: 0–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D (Fresh graduates and experienced profiles are welcome).Skills: Strong documentation skills, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and sharp attention to detail.Males only are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities:Execute formulation trials and support optimization activities.Perform analytical method development and trials analysis.Support prototype/batch preparation, in-process checks, and accurate data recording.Prepare and review development documentation (protocols, reports, batch records).Define testing plans, interpret results, and troubleshoot technical issues.Support scale-up and tech transfer activities, including production trials and continuous process improvement.We Offer:Attractive salary & incentive scheme.Career growth opportunities.Professional and supportive work environment.Continuous training and development.
