Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer

ResponsibiltiesAssist in driving the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform.Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices for SharePoint/SharePoint Online.Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft products and third-party applications.Design and develop SharePoint solutions using CSOM, REST APIs, JavaScript, and OData.Ensure developed solutions are optimized for mobile devices.Design, develop, and customize team sites, document libraries, lists, views, and workflows.Provide support and guidance to users on SharePoint Online and Power Platform features and functionalities, including Power Apps and Power BI.Provide technical advice to team members and customers on SharePoint Online and Power Platform development best practices.Understand business requirements and develop appropriate data models and reporting solutions.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, data dictionaries, and user guides.Develop, maintain, and administer applications and analytics solutions using Power BI and other Microsoft technologies.Manage user permissions and security within SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 environments.Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using IIS, XML, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, C#, VB.NET, and Content Management systems.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online/2016 and Microsoft Power Platform development.Strong experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint workflows.Proficiency in SharePoint development technologies including CSOM, REST APIs, JavaScript, and OData.Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, IIS, and Microsoft SQL Server.Knowledge of C# and/or VB.NET development.Strong understanding of security, permissions, and governance within SharePoint and Power Platform.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
