Small team, real ownership, meaningful equity.They're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own meaningful parts of the platform end-to-end.What you'll work on:Own features from design through deployment - pipelines, workflows, internal tooling, and core platform capabilitiesBuild systems where correctness and reliability aren't optionalWork directly with product and operations to turn real business needs into scalable softwareMentor junior engineers and help raise the bar across the team through code reviews, on-call, and incident responseWhat we're looking for:5+ years building large-scale distributed systems in productionExperience with high-reliability, high-accuracy, or high-security systems - you understand what it means when things can't be wrongTrack record designing and launching backend architectures that serve multiple users and tenants at scaleAble to move between rapid prototyping and production-grade development without losing either speed or qualityWrites clearly, communicates well, and can hold a conversation with both engineers and non-engineersSelf-starter who's energized by unsolved problems, not intimidated by themStrong collaborator - direct, open to feedback, and comfortable giving itInterested?
