Senior Ruby Engineer – Backend Delivery & Platform ScalingHybrid | 2 days per week onsite – LondonWe’re looking for a Senior Ruby Engineer to play a key role in building and scaling the backend of a high-impact SaaS platform operating in real-time environments. This is a hands-on individual contributor role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving system performance and delivering high-quality production code.You’ll work closely with engineers, product teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable backend services and support the ongoing evolution of a Rails-based platform.The RoleYou will contribute directly to backend development across key product areas, taking ownership of features from design through to production.
