Legacy software, spreadsheets and fragmented workflows are slowing businesses down, and this team is building a modern platform designed to solve that problem.The company is already shipping product at pace, working closely with customers and building towards some very ambitious goals over the next few years.This is one of those roles where you'll have a genuine influence on the product, technology and engineering culture from day one.You'll work directly with the founding team and early customers to help design, build and scale the core platform.This isn't a role where you'll be confined to a single area of the stack.You'll own features from concept through to deployment and play a key role in technical decision-making as the product evolves.You'll have 6+ years of experience building software in fast-paced environments, ideally within start-ups or scale-ups.You'll be comfortable across the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem and happy working throughout the stack.Strong experience with React and Node.js is essential.Exposure to cloud infrastructure and backend systems is highly desirable.You'll also be interested in the practical application of AI and how it can be used to create smarter products and workflows.Current Stack:TypeScript / React / Node.js / PostgreSQL / AWSThe person who will thrive in this environment:Loves solving problems and taking ownershipMoves quickly and is comfortable operating in ambiguityHas a product mindset and genuinely cares about customer outcomesCan switch comfortably between frontend, backend, infrastructure and debuggingCommunicates exceptionally well in a remote-first environmentHas strong opinions but remains pragmaticIs naturally curious and enjoys learning new technologiesIf you're looking for a role where your work will have a direct impact on the product, customers and overall direction of the business, this is definitely one worth exploring.
